Busy business owner looking for a great local personal assistant. I would love to find a detail-oriented and experienced personal assistant who loves organization as well as generally helping out with whatever is needed. This isn't a hot-mess-express-needs-saving type of situation. I'm organized in a way that will allow you to plan ahead, do things on your own time and generally know what you can expect from day to day because I value you and your time as much as I value my own. No last minute emergencies or late night texts. Promise. Duties include: Scheduling and planning personal appointments (doctor appts, events, classes, etc) Managing returns and other errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office, car servicing, etc Booking travel arrangements Order, wrap and ship gifts Coordinate projects (home repairs, chores, etc) Occasional product research Light clerical duties Ideal schedule would be 4-5 hours per week. Hours are flexible but 1-2 times per month would need to be available during regular store hours for errands. Location can be mostly remote but 1-2 times per month would need to be available to meet at my Denver home during regular business hours.
