THE JONES CPA GROUP of OREM, UT is currently hiring for a FULL-TIME BOOKKEEPER to help maintain accurate accounting records for our clients while assisting with seamless financial operations for our company. This full-time bookkeeping and accounting position works MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5PM and earns a PAY OF $50-80K PER YEAR  based on experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR BOOKKEEPER

As our Bookkeeper, you are the backbone for our financial operations! With your keen sense for details and organization, you effectively maintain general ledgers for multiple clients to ensure we have a steady cash flow while maintaining accuracy and minimizing discrepancies. You are a natural when it comes to utilizing QuickBooks and your skills ensure accuracy and efficiency when it comes to consulting with clients, reconciling books, preparing financials, and more!

On top of your extensive data entry and bookkeeping skills, your friendly and personable demeanor permeates all you do! Both your team members and clients enjoy working with you. When answering the phone, your positive personality shines through as you answer both staff and customer questions and reroute phone calls to their correct destination. Being collaborative, you understand the importance of contributing well to a team and working with others. Ultimately, we rely on you to keep our financials in order and our customers confident in the services we provide!

• 1 or more years using Quickbooks Online
• Ability to accurately utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications
• Can analyze financial reports
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding
