    HR Coordinator CMOC International - Phoenix, AZ 85004 Summary As part of the Human Resources team, the PSD Coordinator will support CMOC International employees and the HR team. The PSD Coordinator will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and other HR functions. Essential Functions * Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation * Facilitate employee benefit enrollment, including (e.g., new hire orientation, online enrollment tool support, change in family status, annual enrollment meetings, retirement plan online enrollment support, etc.) * Support weekly payroll processes, including reconciling error reports, auditing files and manual entry into HR systems * Participate in ongoing implementation and upgrades of the companys HRIS system. * Work closely with Human Resources and Payroll to share and confirm benefits information as appropriate. * Respond to employee questions promptly regarding company benefits programs * Assist employees with enrolling in medical, dental and vision insurance plans * Ensures that payroll benefit deductions are accurate, including any adjustments for late enrollees, late payments for employees on LOA, COBRA participants, etc. * Reconciles routine insurance and employee benefits invoices against payroll data and submits audited result for payment approval. * Uses HRIS and other technology to enter, audit, and report on data related to benefits plans. Administers the leave of absence, workers compensation, and wellness program processes. * Provides exceptional customer service, over the phone and in person, with employees and external stakeholders.

    • HRIS super-user who enters and audits data, runs routine and custom reports, and supports the HR department in moving CMOC forward to improved employee and manager self-sufficiency through use of technology tools. * Responsible for Affordable Care Act reporting requirements (1095C/1095B forms) * Support Concur expense reporting for the HR Team * Responsible for managing badging processes * Maintain and update personnel files for each employee in an organized, confidential manner, and input appropriate information into systems to maintain employee database * Provides miscellaneous support to Human Resource Manager and team * Other duties as required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Work Environment This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.     • Position is in a busy, non-smoking office located in downtown Phoenix, AZ * Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by an elevator * Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk * Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to ten (10) pounds * CMOC International promotes a drug/alcohol free work environment through the use of mandatory pre-employment drug testing and on-going random drug testing as per applicable State Laws Required Experience and Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * Three (3) years of human resources experience * Previous SAP experience * Prior data entry experience * Attention to details and accuracy. * Knowledge of HR disciplines including benefits, recruitment, and payroll, along with all applicable policies, operations, and terminology, is highly desired. * Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point Visio. * Must be able to deal effectively with staff at all levels, as well as with outside vendors. * Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, prioritization skills and superior customer service skills are required, with a high level of diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
