Responsibilities: What You Will Do Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machinery using newly established programs Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other shop instruments Diagnose machining issues, identify tool wear or drift, and apply corrective actions Reference: SME Tooling U, CNC Maintenance Fundamentals. Perform routine preventive maintenance, clean machine components, and update maintenance logs Perform machine start-up & technical troubleshooting Qualifications: Experience in setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC machinery with precision Ability to inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges with accuracy Proven track record of diagnosing machining issues and applying effective corrective actions Familiarity with SME Tooling U and CNC Maintenance Fundamentals is a plus Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance and update maintenance logs diligently Experience in machine start-up and technical troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in production Compensation: $40,000
