Co-Manager – Diesel Barbershop Full-Time | McMurray, PA

The Role

Diesel Barbershop is hiring a working Manager or Co-Manager. A licensed stylist who leads from the chair. You'll spend the majority of your shift cutting while supporting team development, shop operations, and the client experience. This is not a booth rental and not a title-only position. This is a working leader role for someone who takes pride in both their craft and their team.

What You’ll Do:

Behind the Chair:

Perform men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight razor shaves

Build client relationships that drive rebooking and retention

Leadership & Shop Operations:

Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and work ethic

Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members

Coach staff on performance metrics (rebooking rate, average ticket, retail sales, and service time)

Enforce Diesel standards and procedures (service steps, appearance guidelines, cash handling, phone etiquette, appointments)

Assist with cash drawer accuracy, deposits, and end-of-day procedures

Handle client concerns professionally

What We’re Looking For:

Active Cosmetology license in PA

Proven skill in men's cuts, fades, and razor work

Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred

Available nights and weekends

Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

Must be available during shop open hours
