We are a top producing team of upbeat real estate professionals looking for an exceptional administrative assistant who has knowledge of Paragon, Webforms, LTSA, and Strata documents. This is a full-time gig. Advanced computer literacy is a MUST. You are a master of Apple apps, Dropbox, spreadsheets, word docs, online data entry and have more than a handle on social media. You can pivot on a dime, knowing how best to prioritize the needs of your entourage and their client base. Being the office superstar, your forward-thinking analytical skills will keep the team ten steps ahead of the real estate game. We are open to hearing your progressive and creative marketing ideas and would hope the ideal candidate grows this position into something remarkable. Responsibilities: • CMA groundwork • CRM maintenance and management • Tending to the lifecycle of a Sale or Purchase • Client communication • Lead/Showing followup • Buyer tour organization • Email and Calendar management • Marketing preparation • Social media and website ownership • Event planning • Office conservation Qualifications: • Past work experience in a Real Estate setting is a prerequisite for this job • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills • Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team Compensation: $21+ hourly DOE
