This position will also involve Marketing. You are keen to manage office operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the overall office needs. You provide administrative support to agents during client meetings, presentations, and events as needed. You ensure all paperwork and documentation is accurately processed, and maintain organized files and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. You have an ease with client communication and follow-ups, ensuring exceptional service is always delivered. You can create compelling marketing pieces showcasing properties and team achievements, curating content for social media platforms that increase engagement and brand visibility. You can design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads using brand assets and your own creative flair. This role is pivotal in supporting our fast-paced environment with administrative efficiency and offering creative marketing prowess. If that’s you, shoot us your resume! Responsibilities: • CMA groundwork • CRM maintenance and management • Tending to the lifecycle of a Sale and/or Purchase • Client communication • Lead/Showing follow up • Buyer tour organization • Email and Calendar management • Marketing preparation • Occasional errands • Event planning • Office conservation Qualifications: • Shows ability to quickly and accurately finish very detailed work • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you • A constant drive to improve the experience of our clients and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?" • Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities • Proficient in a multitude of computer programs • Maintain confidentiality when assisting in problem-solving for clients and the team • Ability to decipher and retain key facts, important information, and directives • Strong organizational and time management skills • Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly DOE + Bonus Structure
