Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients. This position will encompass duties from both the Front Office (Merchant Accounts) the Back Office (Tech Support). This person needs a background with technical skills and a strong emphasis on multitasking. We Will Train all specific duties Including but not limited to: Initial response on phones, Communicating professionally with merchants, Processing Inventory (Database, Folders, General Inventory, ZOHO), Completing file downloads to Credit Card Terminals, Calling in file downloads to the network necessary, Keeping tech dept. organized, Researching merchants open batches and providing simple, level 1 technical answers to merchants (simple terminal functions, researching transactions, etc.) Will also be responsible to take after-hour phone support; post - probationary period.
