Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team. The Field CTO will be responsible for driving innovation and providing technical leadership in the areas of Data Warehousing, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), and Analytics. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams, customers, and partners to identify, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that address complex challenges in data management and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and development of innovative solutions in Data Warehousing, AI/ML, and Analytics.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to internal teams, customers, and partners on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales product management, and delivery teams to define sales plays, product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Data Warehousing, AI/ML, and Analytics, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, blog posts, and presentations, showcasing the company's expertise and innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
• Stay abreast of advancements in technology, research, and academia, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, architectures, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques, algorithms, and tools.
• Expertise in Data Analytics, including data visualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services for data management and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in roles involving Data Warehousing, AI/ML, and Analytics.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions in a technical leadership capacity.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role, providing technical consultation and support.
• Prior experience in a similar industry or domain (e.g., software development, consulting, data analytics) is highly desirable.
• History of publishing research papers, patents, or technical articles related to Data Warehousing, AI/ML, or Analytics is a plus.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
