IT Project Coordinator - 100% Remote - US Based
Job Description
CoEnterprise is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Services Organization. The candidate will be working in the PMO to assist the Project Managers and department leadership with project coordination tasks. These tasks could include documenting and tracking project schedules and tasks, preparing for project meetings, taking and publishing meeting minutes, facilitating project meetings, creating and running project status reports and metrics, building dashboards, updating project documentation (in MS Project, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc), and other administrative activities as requested. Candidates must have advanced Excel (creating from scratch Pivot tables, macros, formulas, charts/graphs, dashboards and executive reports, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint (creating presentations) and Visio (workflow diagrams, etc.).
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of Project Coordination experience. Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal), ability to multi-task, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible to changes/updates that might need to take place on the fly. Candidates should be proactive and be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, when given assigned projects.
