    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    Working closely with our San Francisco-based Sales and Support/Implementation teams, your core responsibilities are to:

    ON THE CUSTOMER SUCCESS SIDE:

    • Maintain a deep understanding of our software products at all times

    • Build trusting and lasting relationships with customer stakeholders

    • Serve as the single point of contact for our customers post-implementation, including expansion and issue escalation

    • Run quarterly reviews of all clients and provide improvement recommendations

    • Support implementation efforts when required

    • Configure our software to ensure it meets the customer’s workflow needs

    • Ensure adoption throughout customer lifecycle, building high customer satisfaction

    • Track accounts post-sale to identify churn risk and take proactive steps to improve churn

    • Serve as the voice of the customer and collaborate with Product and QA to provide internal feedback on how CoInspect can better serve our customer base

    • Host webinars, trainings, and ongoing success tutorials

    • Serve as a product expert and keep our customers informed of feature changes and updates, as well as potential errors or outages

     

    ON THE SALES SIDE:

    • Own growth strategies for existing customers including expansion and renewal opportunities:

      • Identify expansion opportunities by building relationships with current customer base

      • Uncover success stories and build case studies

      • Create business cases, including ROI and recommendations

      • Navigate organizations to identify key decision-makers related to each opportunity

      • Work closely with Sales to close expansion deals

      • Track renewals and execute on sales process to close

    • Run prospect pilots with support from Sales

    • Consistently exceed monthly goals with respect to pipeline metrics

    • Occasionally aid in completing of demos for new business or BD opportunities as needed
