We are looking for candidates who are ready to learn what it's like to work at an ultra fast-paced internet startup. As a part-time intern at CoSchedule, you will be helping us create software that results in happy, passionate, and beyond-loyal customers. The position will run 12 months in length with 15 to 20-hour work weeks and end upon graduation.
REQUIREMENTS
As a Communications Intern, you are a smart, empathetic, and helpful person who helps us create customer experiences that result in happy, passionate, and beyond-loyal customers.
A successful Communications Intern will be great at listening to our customers' needs (prospects, customers in a trial, customers who have purchased CoSchedule) and guiding them to the fullest use of our product by answering questions they have via live chat, email & social channels. You should expect this role to be relatively fast paced written communication through email and live chat - answering billing & account questions, supporting & training new customers, as well as selling CoSchedule to prospects & leads. You will be multi-tasking & reprioritizing tasks on the fly through multiple, concurrent customer conversations every day. Your work will help our customers to realize the value we promise.
