    We are looking for candidates who are ready to learn what it's like to work at an ultra fast-paced internet startup. As a part-time intern at CoSchedule, you will be helping us create software that results in happy, passionate, and beyond-loyal customers. The position will run 12 months in length with 15 to 20-hour work weeks and end upon graduation.

    REQUIREMENTS

    As a Communications Intern, you are a smart, empathetic, and helpful person who helps us create customer experiences that result in happy, passionate, and beyond-loyal customers.

    A successful Communications Intern will be great at listening to our customers' needs (prospects, customers in a trial, customers who have purchased CoSchedule) and guiding them to the fullest use of our product by answering questions they have via live chat, email & social channels. You should expect this role to be relatively fast paced written communication through email and live chat - answering billing & account questions, supporting & training new customers, as well as selling CoSchedule to prospects & leads. You will be multi-tasking & reprioritizing tasks on the fly through multiple, concurrent customer conversations every day. Your work will help our customers to realize the value we promise.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Act as a primary point of contact for prospect & customer questions via Live Chat, Email Support, Social Media, and other on-demand channels.
    • Deliver +1 experiences via written communication to each of 600+ people every month.
    • Problem solve and think creatively to deliver viable solutions for customers questions.
    • Collaborate with your team members to effectively handoff conversations to the right team (Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, Success, Product, etc.)
    • Actively provide feedback & trends to improve the Support Documentation & Marketing Resources we provide to better serve our customers.
    • Represent the CoSchedule brand and act as an ambassador for our product.
    • Kick ass.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent written communication & customer service skills

    • You obsess about our product and the challenges that our audience faces each day
    • You care deeply about the quality of the work you produce
    • Proven ability to articulate complex concepts in a straightforward, compelling way
    • Strong attention to detail and keen focus on message and materials quality
    • All other duties as assigned

    THE THATD BE GREAT:

    • Pursuing a degree in English, journalism, advertising, public relations, marketing communications or a related field.
    • You already use, love, and breathe CoSchedule.
    • Prior experience in a software or technology-based company.
    • Previous internship experience in a related role.
    • You have lots of technical experience with online and web-based software.
    • Youre involved in extra circulars & enjoy doing good in your community.
    • You relish reading blogs and listening to TED talks in your down time
