Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Coach Instructor to join our team! You will be coaching and providing direction to student-athletes so that they can develop the skills, behaviors, and attitudes to become successful students and athletes.

You have a background in sports and are passionate about helping student-athletes reach their potential. With a talent for building communication, skill, and motivation in student teams, you are able to provide effective group and individual instruction to create exceptional experiences to help students grow.

Responsibilities:

Teaching courses for MD HQL, DC CCW, Utah CFP, Women's Self-Defense, CPR, Laser Simulation, Range Safety, etc.

Computer Savvy to conduct online hybrid classes

Provide training direction, encouragement, motivation, and nutritional advice to prepare athletes for games and competitive events

Instruct individuals or groups in rules, strategies, and performance principles

Use data-driven instruction in the teaching/learning process

Build an engaging and safe environment for all student-athletes

Qualifications:

Associate, Bachelor's or Commensurate Experience Preferred

Certified by MSP, MPD, UTAH CFP

Possess MSAR Instructor credentials

Successful coaching or teacher leadership experience preferred

Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills
