    As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts and creating engaging content for our coaching and training programs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and managing our online presence to attract and retain clients. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote our coaching and training programs. • Create marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and print collateral. • Develop compelling and informative content for marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, guides, social media posts, and email newsletters. • Conduct research on real estate industry trends, market developments, and best practices to inform content creation. • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, adheres to brand guidelines, and reflects the company's messaging and values. • Analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies. • Manage the company's online presence, including website content updates and social media accounts. • Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies and editorial calendars. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. • Proven experience in marketing and content development, preferably in the real estate industry. • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making. • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation. Compensation: $30 - $33 hourly
