Soccer Shots Sacramento, LLC
Job Description: Coaching Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Coaching
Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer experience focused on character development. We positively impact children ages 2-8 through the game of soccer. Our coaches are the best-trained in the business. Our expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards. In addition, we provide an exceptional customer experience and consistent communication with those we serve.
Though we have grown, we are still a family business at heart – we treat our employees like a team and the children we teach like our own. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer. Soccer Shots Sacramento is seeking a dependable, child-savvy Coaching Coordinator with leadership experience to join our tight-knit and connected Coaching Team. The role is ideal for someone who is great with children and can support and evaluate peer Coaches toward excellence.
In the macro (i.e., big picture), we’re a system with many support mechanisms in place to ensure that our program is being executed properly, but each site, class, child, and sub happens in the micro. The Coaching Coordinator is the person on our team who owns how our program plays out in the micro at each site.
The Coaching Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all coaches meet Soccer Shots' coaching standards. Working alongside the Director of Coaching, the coordinator will build a team of coaches who work together, are professional, care for children, and have a passion for seeing Soccer Shots flourish.
