Full-Time | Salaried Soccer Shots New Orleans

Soccer Shots New Orleans is looking for a full-time Coaching & Training Coordinator to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to build a meaningful career in youth development, coaching, and leadership.

This isn't a desk job.

You'll spend most of your week leading engaging Soccer Shots sessions for preschool and elementary-aged children at schools and parks throughout the Greater New Orleans area. Equipped with our industry-leading curriculum, you'll also begin mentoring new coaches, helping them develop into confident, high-quality instructors while supporting our coaching staff alongside our Coaching Support team.

What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Soccer Shots Sessions

Coach 20+ Soccer Shots sessions each week.

Create an energetic, encouraging, and safe environment for every child.

Deliver our curriculum with enthusiasm, professionalism, and consistency.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, teachers, and school partners.

Train & Develop Coaches

Assist with on-field training for newly hired part-time coaches.

Demonstrate best coaching practices and serve as a role model.

Provide encouragement, feedback, and ongoing support to help coaches succeed.

Help maintain the high coaching standards Soccer Shots is known for.

Support Coaching Operations

Work closely with the Executive Director and Coaching Support team.

Assist with coach communication and day-to-day coaching needs.

Utilize Connecteam and Monday.com to stay organized and support team operations.

Help ensure coaches have the tools and information they need to be successful.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children

Experience coaching, teaching, camp counseling, childcare, or similar roles

Bachelor's degree preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule

Full-time salaried position

Monday-Friday schedule

Some evening availability required

Saturday morning programming available with additional compensation

Compensation & Benefits
