    CLIENT SUPPORT VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY)

    We're looking to hire a temporary Virtual Assistant who will act as a CLIENT SUPPORT CALL MODERATOR FOR 2 MONTHS AND WILL BE EXTENDED FOR LONG TERM/CONTRACTED POSITION AVAILABLE (temp-to-hire) if you're right for the team. As a client support, you should be proactive and willing to take the initiative because we need someone who is not afraid to be the "buck stops here" person in the moderated meeting. We have a multi-client meeting each week where the moderator will introduce and control the order of who is speaking when and how much time they have. 

    SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES:

    • Maintaining and regularly updating daily data sheets
    • Downloading/uploading/archiving call recordings
    • Tracking specific metrics and inbound items via pre-made spreadsheets
    • Weekly Data Prep + In-Call Moderation for a 2.5hr Zoom Meeting
    • Other support skills used may include transcription, form creation, and low-level migration or integration tasks

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be knowledgeable or familiar with Zoom, Vimeo, Slack, loom, Zapier, Close.io
    • Skilled with spreadsheets (Google Sheet/Microsoft)
    • Stong tech-savvy preferred (experience with automation is a PLUS)
    • Strong grasp on language/syntax mirroring
    • Fast Learner and can work with minimal supervision
    • High level of responsiveness throughout the normal business hours
    • Should be able to handle and deal with business owners/clients

     

    SCHEDULE:

    MONDAY TO FRIDAY | PST business hours

    10-20 HOURS PER WEEK TO START; some weeks will have less/more, which we will communicate at the top of the week and during in order to best setup task flow with availability.

    RATE: $18-$20 per hour
