POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Certinia ERP Architect , you will be at the forefront of implementing and architecting Certinia ERP solutions for our clients. This pivotal role requires not only technical expertise but also strong leadership and strategic thinking. You will lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the unique business requirements of our clients. With a deep understanding of Certinia ERP and related technologies, you will provide guidance on solution design, system architecture, and integration strategies. As the primary liaison between our technical team and clients, you will foster strong client relationships, gather requirements, and translate technical concepts into actionable plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and implementation of Certinia ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives, industry best practices, and architectural standards,
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to solution deployment, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations,
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, establishing rapport, and fostering trust through effective communication and transparent project management,
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, providing guidance on solution architecture, system integration, and customization to meet client needs,
• Drive innovation and thought leadership in Certinia ERP solutions, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices,
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team capabilities and deliver exceptional results,
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and configuration guides, ensuring accuracy and completeness,
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions, identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables,
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders,
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations,
• Expertise in Salesforce basics, with a preference for candidates holding Salesforce Admin certification,
• Deep knowledge of Certinia ERP, including certification or significant experience in implementing Certinia ERP solutions,
• Familiarity with Financial Management (FF Accounting/FFA) and Billing Central modules,
• Optional but preferred experience with Certinia PSA,
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and optimize complex business processes,
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, leadership, and client satisfaction in ERP implementation projects.
