Coast 2 Coast Field Specialist careers send you all over the country to work on projects for architects and engineers. You'll be using advanced laser scanning equipment to draft buildings into AutoCAD and using the latest 3D photography equipment to capture interior spaces in 360 Degrees.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply your computer-aided drafting skills, to measure and draft existing facilities structure and conditions to scale while on site
• Effectively apply survey standards, methods, and quality assurance procedures
• Execute and deliver projects on schedule with quality workmanship
• Effectively manage project scope by documenting and confirming approval for any changes. Deliver all project data following project completion
• Efficiently communicate relevant project information, project milestones, and status updates.  Minimize obstacles using problem-solving skills throughout project life cycle.
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
• Provide good stewardship of company assets and resources

Requirements

• Must have demonstrated Architectural AutoCAD skills. A skills assessment will be scheduled for chosen candidates
• Previous Architectural/Engineering/Construction and/or survey experience preferred but not required
• Must possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.  Must have a good work ethic and attendance
• Candidates must be able to travel for 2-3 weeks at a time and be comfortable with commercial air travel.  Applicants should have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age (for car rental purposes). Must be eligible to work in the US, international travel is also possible
• Physical requirements include the ability to stand on your feet for up to 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Should be comfortable climbing ladders and have the ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening, as well as random screening during employment
