Job Description
Coast Personnel is currently hiring a Staffing Specialist for a fast pace production environment. We specialize in light industrial, manufacturing and clerical placements. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the process for both temporary and direct hire placements. Ideal candidate must possess the following work experience:
2+ year's previous experience in the staffing industry
Manufacturing or production environment in recruiting experience is preferred
Previous employment recruiting experience/background is required
Provide excellent customer service
Pre-employment screening and interviewing skills
Overseeing large group of hiring for permanent positions
Responsible for hiring, staffing, scheduling, onboarding, etc.
Administrative responsibilities: Coordinate payroll, data entry, maintaining employee hours on weekly basis
Must be proficient with MS Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bilingual a plus!
Candidate must be able to follow instructions and maintain best practices
Ability to multi-task and take on numerous projects at one time
