Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team! You will be responsible for the design and development of systems related to computer hardware and cabling. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and improve automated systems and processes
• Develop, execute and maintain component acceptance test plan during IQC
• Manages Supplier product quality
• Leads and coordinates customer audit 
• Performs timely failure analysis report investigations of customer return material to determine probably causes and modes of failure
• Coordinates with QA Manager to resolve quality complaints from interested parties
• Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection and create first article inspection report for all new product introductions
• Understands cable assembly, cable assembly drawing, component specs, manufacturer's data sheets, schematics and other special instructions from customer
• Support the installation of both mechanical and controls upgrades
• Conduct cost-analysis to determine advantages of system improvements
• Research and implement new machinery and controls
• Coordinate with specialist departments on the mechanical design of smart devices
• Document all technical procedures and user guides

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in mechatronics engineering or other related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft office or other related software
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
