SUMMARY
The perfect candidate for this portfolio will have worked with Senior Affordable Housing with experience in HUD and Low Income Housing Tax Credit. This portfolio includes two senior properties, five minutes apart totaling 121 senior community living spaces.
The basic functions of a Community Manager are to assist the Regional Manager in maintaining the
physical asset and maximize the financial returns from that asset in accordance with the objectives while
promoting the Company’s professional standards of quality. Responsible to hire, supervise, motivate all
on-site staff and make recommendations for termination. Assists Regional Manager and supervisors with
special projects and administrative tasks. Ensures staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensures staff performance of duties on a timely basis. Comply with the Washington State Residential
Landlord & Tenant Act and all other governmental laws and regulations.

Previous clerical/administrative experience

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and
decimals.
REASONING ABILITIES - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions

* On Properties that do not have on-site staff the Community Manager will be responsible for the
overseeing or doing of the property landscape, building maintenance and cleaning of the building as well
as vacant units.
Pay Range $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
