Role Overview: We are in search of innovative and dedicated individuals to expand our team of van builders. The role involves diverse and challenging tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, cabinetry, and installing solar and large DC electrical systems. Each day brings new and varied challenges in our dynamic environment. Looking for individuals eager to contribute their ideas to the design process and take pride in their craftsmanship. Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude - a jack of all trades

MUST be able to take a joke, we like to have a good time!

Knowledge of woodworking, electrical systems and basic plumbing

Clear understanding and ability to safely operate power tools and workshop machinery

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to calculate precise measurements (vans are not square)

Creative problem solving and solutions

Follow directions and be eager to learn

Experience in 12V systems is a plus!

CAD expedience is a plus!
