Job Description

Looking for an experienced, motivated, positive individual for a full-time position as the office manager for a Dermatology practice in South Orange County, California. Anticipated duties include: payroll, accounts payable, product and supply ordering, insurance verification, and staff scheduling, liaison with human resource company, software company, IT company and device companies, marketing, posting of daily in-office collections, patient intake, patient scheduling, product sales, etc.
