    CALIBRE is seeking candidates for a TRIRIGA CAD Integrator Specialist.  The successful candidate will join a team to support operating in a CAFM environment, drawing, creating, and updating polylined spaces, area overlays, and query boundaries, using CADD software to support the CAFM environment, and more.  The successful candidate will work directly with the client and CALIBRE PM.

    Required Skills

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • 3 years experience using TRIRIGA CAD Integrator software.
    • Certification in Tririga Software Development .
    • Experience associating drawing objects to spatial information within a CAFM environment.
    • Experience drawing, creating, and updating polylined spaces, area overlays, and query boundaries on master record drawing CAD files.
    • Experience attaching, publishing, and synchronize polylined drawings to specific location data within a CAFM system.
    • Experience attaching gross area, gross measured area, and individual space data to the CAFM system.
    • Experience creating, updating, and developing location and organization hierarchies within the CADD file and publish them within the CAFM environment.
    • Experience attaching organizations to specific locations and create, edit, and manage space allocations within the CADD file and publish them within the CAFM environment.
    • Experience creating, updating, and attaching assets to specific locations within the CADD file and publish the developed data within the CAFM environment.
    • Experience developing drawing labels, label styles, and label themes that are visibly published within the CAFM environment.
    • Experience with requirements gathering, definition, and scoping/estimating.
    • Demonstrate ability to consistently and efficiently follow standard workflows and instructions. 
    • Conversant with Microsoft Office applications. 
    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication. 
    • Ability to maneuver on foot over rough terrain carrying up to 40 lbs.

    DESIRABLES:

    • Familiarity with the Department of Defense Washington Headquarters Services
    • Knowledge of Facilities Management and Configuration Management Programs
    • Experience creating and tracking large, complex data sets
    • Knowledge of map and drawing standards and compliance requirements

    Required Experience

    Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design Technologies, or Applied Sciences. Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted. Three years demonstrated work experience.
