    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Total Rewards Analyst will primarily provide data entry, reporting, and vendor support for EnPro’s Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation systems.  This role will work closely with each Total Rewards function, as well as other HR and IT functions to ensure processes and systems meet business needs and will act as a back-up for payroll processing, as well as handle some daily benefits administration.  The successful candidate must have strong Excel skills, report writing experience, problem-solving abilities, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.  The candidate must be able to focus on data integrity, process efficiencies, and confidentiality of employee data.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • HRIS:
      • Provide project assistance from design through the implementation of new systems implementations and upgrades
      • Provide day to day support for the current HRIS/payroll system
      • Regularly complete audits within systems to ensure data integrity and adherence to company processes
      • Serve as the contact for technical assistance within current vendors
      • Support the continued development of HRIS methodologies, tools and best practices within the company
      • Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
      • Assist in developing training plans and training documents for end-users
    • Payroll:
      • Act as back-up for corporate payroll processing
      • Review weekly and bi-weekly division payrolls for final approval
      • Review vendor payroll tax administration for accuracy
      • Review 401k loan administration within payroll for accuracy
      • Assist with annual W2 processing
    • Benefits:
      • Provide benefits overview during New Hire Orientations
      • Coordinate data files for annual Total Rewards Statements
      • Administer Health Savings Accounts
      • Administer ACA Reporting
      • Leave Program Administration, including state-mandated leaves and tax credits
      • Assist with Wellbeing program administration

     Compensation:

      • Assist with system upgrades, reporting, and data analysis
    • Total Rewards:
      • Complete weekly Total Rewards funding and invoice notices
    • Complete other duties as assigned

     

    Required Skills

    • Experience with HRIS systems, including payroll desired;

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with great attention to detail;

    • Must have the ability to effectively and efficiently work with changing priorities;

    • General understanding of technology and data files;

    • High level of enthusiasm and organizational skills;

    • Self-motivated, while possessing a solution-seeking attitude;

    • Preferred Certifications - Certified Payroll Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Human Resources Information Program (HRIP), etc.

    Required Experience

    EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience;
    • Minimum three years’ experience as an analyst within HRIS, Payroll, Total Rewards, or Benefits – with a focus on analytics and reporting;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLookups), Word, and PowerPoint
