Ipsos Public Affairs, LLC (“Ipsos”) is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator aligned to our Washington, D.C. office (remote position may be considered). This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, highly successful business group. The successful candidate will effectively manage the subcontracting process and utilize procurement best practices to achieve best value from the supply chain. The successful candidate must work well in a swiftly changing, growth and success-oriented culture, and be able to work independently, multi-task, prioritize workload, and collaborate with business leaders across various service lines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The _Subcontracts Administrator _will be responsible for managing the subcontracting process for a vast portfolio of projects for both public and private sector clients. The _Subcontracts Administrator _will identify, manage, and mitigate supply-based risks throughout the entire procurement life cycle, including pre-award through post-award, to support prime contract requirements, operational goals, and business strategy.
