    Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Supervisor for our amazing Intensive Family Services Program!

     

    In this vital position, the Supervisor clinically supervises and provides senior clinical input to Intensive Family Services staff, and provides 24 hour on-call back up to staff in rotation with program director.

     

    The Community Clinician will:

    • represent program at designated meetings as assigned
    • provide direct service to assigned cases and provides 24 hour on-call consultation to them
    • collaborate with funding/referral sources to support families served
    • assist the Program Director in program planning, knowledge of referral resources for youth and families service, development and oversight, implementation of program policies and goals, and monitoring of cultural and linguistic competency of services

     

    Schedule: 40 hours per week; in-person with an option for telehealth as needed

    Required Skills

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
    • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle

    Required Experience

    • Masters or Doctoral Degree in Clinical Mental Health discipline and independent clinical licensure (LICSW/LMHC)
    • Minimum of three years providing home based family services
