OUR TEAM

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Corporate HR team. You’ll be aligned to recruiters, who you’ll form strong partnerships with, to collectively create the best candidate experience. You will receive day-to-day guidance and development from our VP of Talent. You will have the opportunity to develop your skill set in TA and stretch into new areas while also working on different process-improving initiatives. 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In partnership with a Recruiter, you will be the point of contact for candidates, from offer through onboarding. In addition, this role is responsible for partnering with other HR departments with a focus on background checks, onboarding completion and process improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Attention to detail with heavy focus on quality of deliverables
• Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly
• Proven critical thinking skills  with a continuous improvement mindset
• Data and analysis skills; proven experience in Excel
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong prioritization skills
• Paramount sensitivity to and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and prioritize duties in order to meet deadlines
