This is an administrative position for a successful healthcare company that is task and results driven. The position is responsible for the successful completion of the duties needed to ensure compliance in the following areas:
- Licensing and accreditation
- Applying and reapplying for provider numbers
- Maintaining an electronic manual of company policies and procedures and forms, and distributing such materials to each office electronically
- Maintaining performance indicators and analysis
Other tasks include:
- Ordering marketing materials for clients and potential employees
- Coordinating responses to social media and email inquiries
- Coordinating client and employee surveys
- Updating basic information on the company’s websites
- Coordinating in-office meetings and events including ordering meals and refreshments
- Assisting in activities needed to expand to new locations
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Must be able to write effectively, using excellent grammar and composition
- Must be adept at learning new business software programs
Temperament:
- Must be flexible with changing priorities as new projects arise.
