    UA Brands is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible in assisting with the development and execution of digital-based marketing strategies and initiatives to support the organization and maintain its brand. This position will ensure the quality and effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to, email marketing, website maintenance and analysis of campaign performance, digital advertising, and the development and implementation of comprehensive digital-marketing strategies.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate and execute comprehensive digital-marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of assets, proofing and scheduling while collaborating with various cross-functional teams including Creative, Merchandising & IT.
    • Coordinates and executes all email marketing schedules and campaigns for our UniformAdvantage.com site while collaborating with both creative & merchandising.
    • Track, analyze and report regularly on email campaign results including audience, offers, messaging, creative, test results, deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversion as well as subscriber list growth and health.
    • Manages and maintains the accuracy, growth, and hygiene of our email databases within Listrak for the Uniform Advantage brand. Oversee list segmentation strategies to increase engagement and retention and to get the right message to the right person at the right time.
    • Optimize existing email campaigns with frequent multi-variant A/B testing of subject lines, click-through, time of send & content.
    • Proof and ensure accuracy of the email campaign & online assets including, but not limited to, correct promotions, content, header, footer, destination page, and source codes.
    • Work with the E-Commerce Marketing Manager to Develop, Manage and analyze our reoccurring and triggered email communications including Shopping Cart, Win Back Campaigns, Growth Campaigns & Welcome Campaigns.   
    • Conducts and presents competitor research and analysis to maximize competitive advantage in the industry; this includes email, and web presence.
    • Participate in our social community management including responding to customer comments & emails and ensuring Customer Support is responding to messages.
    • Assist with other marketing team duties including updating reports, creative writing, and other marketing team needs.

     

    Required Skills

    • Microsoft Excel, Word Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Must be customer-focused, creative, and a quick study
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
    • Well-organized, high attention to detail and deadline-oriented
    • Ability to work in a high pace group environment
    • A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly while maintaining high quality
    • Able to use a project management system (Workfront) to manage campaigns/projects
    • Able to work in a high pace group environment with strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong Creative Eye
    • Project Management
    • Prior Email and Social marketing Management a Plus
    • Strong Analytical skills are a plus

     

         SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS

    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Able to use a project management system (Workfront) to manage campaigns/projects
    • Ability to navigate social media platforms for managing and executing social campaigns.
    • Able to use Listrak (ESP provider) for managing our email database and executing email campaigns preferred

     

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university required.  Marketing, English, Business degree a plus.
    • Prior Social Media, Email Marketing or SEO experience a plus.
