    WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A VICE PRESIDENT, BRAND INSIGHTS & STRATEGY

     

    You will play a critical role within Ipsos Brand Research business, combining leadership skills, business development savvy, and research expertise to shape and grow a significant portion of US revenue with existing and new client relationships. You will oversee a dynamic team of innovation professionals – ranging from junior to seasoned researchers – ensuring they have a clear and strategic road map to success.

     

    With your guidance, your team is expected to provide best-in-class service, consultation and thought leadership to a range of clients. You have a passion for developing new business opportunities proactively and pursue them with gusto – both incremental revenue streams with new client targets and increased penetration with existing clients.

     

    KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

     

    • FOCUS ON REVENUE AND PROFIT MANAGEMENT: Set and achieve realistic, but ambitious, revenue and profit targets for the broader team.
    • BUILD TEAM LEADERSHIP: Balance the delegation of client relationship and project duties to your broader team, with the need to directly involve yourself in day-to-day activities on strategic initiatives. Over see your team members so that projects get done well and right: on time, on budget and on strategy for the client.
    • SHOW OUR CLIENTS THE LOVE: Develop an understanding of our clients’ business issues and the industries in which they operate. Maintain and strengthen client relationships through our collective team greatness. Become a trusted adviser to clients by understanding their big picture strategy and day to day needs

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • Minimum of 10 years of research experience and at least 5 years managing teams
    • Strong team leadership skills with past experience in mentoring and/or managing others
    • Strong aptitude for research consulting with highly developed analytic skills
    • Ability to think strategically about the clients’ business issues and design research to address the client’s questions
    • Highly motivated, self-directed and possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
    • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
    • Superior organizational skills, including ability to manage and delegate work effectively, attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills

    IHRE AUFGABEN

     

     

    Als Engineering Project Leader sind Sie zuständig für die selbstständige Koordination des Entwicklungsteams während der RFI, RFQ und Entwicklungsphase.

     

    • Zentraler Ansprechpartner des Kunden für das Lear interne Entwicklungsteam
    • Verfolgen der Einhaltung der Entwicklungsmeilensteine
    • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Entwicklungsprozessen
    • Überwachung der Entwicklungskosten des Projektes
    • Steuern der einzelnen Entwicklungsabteilungen (Hardware, Software, Mechanik, PCB, Validierung)
    • Änderungsangebote mit dem Projektleiter und dem Team erarbeiten und dem Kunden präsentieren
    • PPAP / IMDS
    • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
    • Verantwortlich für die Veröffentlichung der Produktionsdaten an die Produktion
    • Support bei 8D und DFMEA
    • Sicherstellung des Aufbaus von Engineeringsamples
