    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Global Health & Well-Being Specialist, you will be responsible for taking a leading role in promoting and driving initiatives across the globe in a fast-paced corporate environment, with a focus on details, coordination, and providing momentum to keep projects moving forward. Project management, logistics, administration, and written communications are at the core of this role. Other key responsibilities include:

     

    • Managing complex details of multi-pronged initiatives, driving the implementation of specific projects, coordinating ongoing projects, and managing vendors
    • Drafting and editing written communications, presentations, and other program materials
    • Implementing program evaluation tools, analyzing feedback, and tracking engagement
    • Supporting the research, conceptualization, and development of new programs
    • Assisting in the development of the annual budget, providing analysis of program fees and expenses, reviewing and submitting invoices, tracking budget-to-actual costs
    • Coordinating events and logistics with local offices, conference room scheduling, calendaring, communications, and other administrative tasks as necessary
    • The Specialist must have flexibility in working hours to accommodate occasional calls, videoconferences, and real-time exchanges with colleagues in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and both US East and West Coasts.

     

    ABOUT YOU

    We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to critically and independently assess proposed projects, communications and/or solutions
    • Display excellent leadership and self-starting skills (e.g., organizing, planning, problem-solving and decision-making) necessary for effective management and moving projects forward
    • Possess advanced organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, move projects forward, and handle multiple deadlines

     

    And have:

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Two (2) to four (4) years of project management experience required, health and well-being experience a plus
    • Two (2) years of experience designing, communicating, implementing, and evaluating well-being initiatives in a law firm or professional services environment strongly desired
    • Three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
