    Digital Realty’s Cyber Resilience Team is the front line for all things pertaining to our company’s digital security posture. In the BISO role, you will be tasked with providing high touch, white glove service to some of our largest global customers, both internal and external. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong working knowledge of Data Center Operations, CRaaS, exert strong executive presence and be comfortable interacting with anyone within our organization. In this role, you’ll be expected to model our core values and mentor more junior members of your team to ensure we provide best in class service while managing our aggressive growth strategy. This position is not a typical 9-5, and you may have to meet with customers early morning, late afternoon, etc. If you thrive in an environment of multiple priorities and tight deadlines, we encourage you to apply.

     

    THE REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field from a 4-year accredited university, Cyber Resilience and Security Certifications of relevance are strongly desired

    Demonstrated background in Customer Interface and Experience (CX) with leadership abilities commensurate with career time

    7+ years’ cyber experience, preferably working within technology, telecom, network operations, data center operations or a related field

    Strong Understanding of data center operations, technology and the ability to understand customer needs in a client facing capacity with technical competency

    Ability to collaborate effectively with internal technical team members

    Some familiarity with any of the following systems/technologies is a plus

    • SASE
    • ITSM
    • Enterprise Security Platforms
    • ICS/SCADA Security
    • Cloud Security

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES & CAPABILITIES

    • Internal and external customer alignment
    • Sales support and metrics (all product security portfolio and alignment)
    • Manage all portal security and customer integration globally (full lifecycle)
    • Executive lead on all customer audits and full CRaaS lead to DLR Audit Committee Rep.
    • All GRC and Cyber customer SLAs management and metrics
    • Customer service calls and global “Ticket Management” Resolution
    • Direct liaison to each DLR internal LOB for providing Cyber Resilience as a Service (CRaaS)
