    The team is looking for a MOTIVATED Executive Assistant that will help provide TOP NOTCH service to our clients and provide a 5 STAR experience. With the help of this individual, the agents are hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond - just like other members of this team. You will be in communication with our sellers, buyers, agents, cooperating brokers and office staff. You must have fantastic organizational skills, great customer service, and understand the Real Estate sales process. Clear communication is important and has to be detail oriented. Complete tasks promptly with a high level of quality. No day is the same, and when challenges arise the candidate has to think outside of the box and be a problem solver. Must have a positive mindset. The Executive Assistant is an individual who relishes the opportunity to implement and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment to support the team in managing the client experience and will take on a wide variety of challenges and provide creative solutions. Compensation: • Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 • Bonus Opportunity • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Manage systems for tracking all production numbers • Manage systems for all communication with all parties but not limited to clients, agents, vendors, team members • Fulfill clients requests for information & transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Manage systems for reviews and referrals • Create pre-listing folders for each listing appointment • Manage all activities for upcoming listings and listing management including client updates on showings and client feedback • Manage all listing client files such as: communication with clients, title companies, real estate agents and other vendors as needed • Verify listing agreement compliance, ensure all deadlines are met and files are compliant with Broker requirements • Manage databases to make sure all leads are followed up with and database organization • Build relationships to convert leads into appointments • Stay up to date on the latest Real Estate trends in our local market and what is projected • Enter listings into the MLS. Confirm all information, gather & confirm all HOA information, manage showings through ShowingTime • Attend inspections and appraisals as needed • Calendar management • Metric tracking of production numbers • Attend meetings, webinars, etc. and demonstrate excellent note-taking • Contribute to the growth and success of our team by providing support and assistance as needed • Prepare & run daily stand up meetings • Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and managing online ads, social media presence, and website management. • Represent the company and team in a respectable manner Qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Client Services & Customer Support: Minimum of 4 years of experience (Preferred). • Real Estate Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. • Experienced in providing customer service/client care at a high level • Passion for social media platforms and a strong desire to learn and contribute to real estate marketing through advertising strategies • Excellent organization skills & time management • Experienced in Microsoft Excel • Experience in using Google Workspace • Pro-active and takes initiative • Goal oriented • Problem Solver & enjoys a challenge • Motivated by deadlines • Confident in asking for referrals and reviews • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable handling strong personalities • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload • Remains calm under pressure • Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues Compensation: Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
