    We are seeking a driven and talented Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new properties for the company and establishing strong relationships with sellers to successfully secure cash offers. Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling in order to meet the needs of our customers • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Talk to motivated sellers; you will qualify the sellers and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties. You will attend customer appointments (up to 12-15 weekly) where you will build a rapport with the sellers, and get the deal closed • When you are not talking to new motivated sellers, you will be following up with your old leads and trying your best to convert them into deals • Build massive rapport with our sellers to find their TRUE reason for selling, and what problem you can solve by buying their home • Occasionally make calls cold calls for a set time per week, to develop new leads for the company • Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially • Must use a Salesforce CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Communicate effectively with management • Produce self-generated leads when out in the field • Weeknight and Saturday appointments will occasionally be required Qualifications: • Decisive and proactive • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken • Proven track record of successfully negotiating skills • Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals • Reliable vehicle to drive to and from physical appointments • Fast reliable laptop or desktop computer for home office • Smartphone for on-the-go business. These two devices will be your main weapons for this position • Comfortable managing your time effectively • Willingness to work after normal business hours in order to close deals and get prepared for the following day • Confidence in talking to someone you are meeting for the first time like you have been lifelong friends - You MUST be an extrovert to strive in this position • Experience with SalesForce is a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000
