Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Talk to motivated sellers, you will qualify the sellers and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties • You will attend customer appointments (up to 12-15 weekly) where you will build a rapport with the sellers, and get the deal closed Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Possesses a real estate license • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Must already have Real Estate Listing experience • Experience with SalesForce or KW Command is a plus Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 commission based
