Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities: • Cleaning and preparation • Heavy lifting/Physical Strength • Hand-eye coordination • Endurance • Concentration • Good attitude and a sense of urgency! • Previous experience is a plus • Mobilize crew, tools, and equipment to job sites • Direct crew per job scope and safety specifications • Complete job site progress reports and safety meetings • Must be adaptable and willing to work with a supervisor • Safety oriented Qualifications: Applicants Must have: • Construction experience • Valid Driver's License and experience driving trucks with trailers • Must have experience using power tools (Hammers, pry bars, hand drills, and power tools) • Prefer if the applicant owns personal tools (Hammer, Screwdrivers, Measuring Tape, Drills, etc.) • Concrete cutting and/or equipment experience is a plus • Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites in Lee & Collier Counties • Must be authorized to work in the US • Ability to work in outdoor and indoor working conditions • Ability to lift up to 50lbs • Willing to work overtime as required Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly DOE
