    Description:

    Dedicated years of experience and expertise in the Houston area have combined forces to provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and psychiatric care for adults. Our board-certified psychiatrists and therapists collectively address every type of psychological concern with skill and sensitivity. We strive to provide comprehensive assistance to emotionally disturbed persons and prevent development of more serious psychiatric disorders by early identification and providing appropriate intervention. The clinic also provides treatment for specialized populations including seniors, women, and patients with a co-existing medical disorder.

    A reputable and busy psychiatry practice in Southeast Houston area is looking for full time psychiatrists for inpatient and outpatient work.

    Requirements :

    • Practice in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations of the State of Texas, including practicing within the scope of his practice as a psychiatrist, complying with all reasonable requirements of Employer, and complying with any Prescriptive Authority Agreement. Employee shall practice as a member of an interdisciplinary health care team for all patients. As a member of this team, Employee provides mental health care through direct care, consultation, collaboration, coordination, and/or referral.
    • Maintaining reasonable availability (to the Employer, to any hospital Employee is working or caring for patients at, and to patients) at all time, including reasonable twenty-four (24) hour availability via telephone, with the exception of approved vacation.
    • Adequately supervise and direct physician assistants, Licensed Professional Counselors, and/or psychiatrists, as directed by Employer.
    • Keeping and maintaining (or causing to be kept and maintained) appropriate records relating to all professional services rendered by his under this Agreement
    • Preparing and attending to, in connection with such services, all reports, claims, and correspondence necessary or appropriate in the circumstances, all of which records, reports, claims, and correspondence shall be the property of the Employer.
    • Performance of all things reasonably desirable and necessary to maintain and improve his professional skills.
    • Satisfactory performance of all functions and duties in accordance with all of Employer’s policies and practices.

    Package :

    • Basic Salary : A competitive yearly salary of up to $250,000.00. (Negotiable based on experience and position offered)
    • Work Hours : Flexible
    • Vacation/PTO/CME : 21 working days and all observed federal holidays per year
    • Compensations and Benefits : Your Position Compensations and Benefits are: Personal Insurance, 401k retirement plan, malpractice insurance, annual state licensing fee and a yearly bonus (contingent upon performance).
