Job Responsibilities:
Ensure safety for all students.
Love and respect students while building water confidence and encouraging them to rise to the best of their abilities.
Be a team player who is who is consistently dependable and reliable.
Complete required training and be a continual learner.
Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities and comfort of each student.
Ability to communicate with parents while teaching their babies life saving water skills
Qualities we look for:
MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN THE WATER AND INTERACTING WITH PARENTS AND CHILDREN
Responsible individuals who are able to adapt and adjust with a positive attitude
Willingness to work in the water
Strong communication skills
Great attitude and willingness to be coached
CPR/Lifeguarding certification is preferred, but not required to start
The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
Afternoons and Saturdays are required
