    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    We are looking for an experienced Associate Fleet Technician with a calm, patient manner and a genuine passion for helping people to join our team. Our fleet team is responsible for our Coastline vehicles and managing the complex logistics involved - from maintenance and equipping them  to transporting them varying distances across the state, all while communicating with your awesome fellow team members and providing the very best automotive assistance in various circumstances.

    • Transporting cars between various locations (storage facilities, repair shops, etc)
    • Driving varying distances for pick up, exchange, or delivery.
    • Responsible care and handling of company cars and facilities at all times.
    • Timely communication and documentation, as well as providing support to the team.
    • Ensuring cleanliness of interior and exterior of vehicle and facility.
    • Equipping cars with all necessary supplies and applying cosmetic modifications.
    • Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries and filling up on gas, oil, and other fluids.
    • Ordering, organizing, stocking, and shipment of various supplies and equipment as needed by the team.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Valid driver's license with 2+ years experience  and a good driving record.

    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

    • Working knowledge of basic car maintenance, simple repairs and cosmetic modifications.

    • Ability to assume responsibility and consistently track for the valuable property of the company.

    • Ability to take accurate notes regarding vehicle movements and vehicle conditions, as well as track mileage, invoices, and receipts.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Willingness to work irregular business hours, including evening hours, weekends, and  occasional holidays as needed.
