Core Responsibilities:

🟦 Coating QA/QC:

Inspect blasting, surface prep, coating application per AMPP/NACE/ISO standards

Verify DFT, adhesion, profile, and holiday test results

Ensure compliance with SSPC-PA 2, ISO 12944, NACE MR0175, and customer ITPs

Record inspection data, photos, deviations, and coating logs

🟨 Internal ISO Quality Management:

Plan and conduct internal audits per ISO 9001:2015

Lead corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes

Maintain quality records, ITPs, calibration logs, training matrices

Support management reviews, vendor evaluations, and external audits

Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering on QMS conformance

Required Skills & Certifications:

AMPP/NACE CIP Level 1 or 2

Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Auditing

Minimum 3–5 years experience in coating quality control

Preferred or Additional Qualifications:

CWI

Experience with pressure vessels, tanks, or pipeline coating systems

Knowledge of NACE MR0175, ISO 15156, or sour service welding requirements

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Collaborative mindset across departments (QA, production, engineering)

Proactive problem-solver with root-cause analysis (RCA) experience
