Location: Southeast Georgia Pay: Starting at $25/hour (based on experience) Type: Full-Time
Fortress Floors GA, the region’s leading concrete coating company, is looking for a Foreman to join our growing team. If you’re a hands-on leader with epoxy or similar coating experience and a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you.
🔧 Responsibilities:
Lead and manage crews on residential and commercial coating projects
Oversee surface preparation, mixing, and application of epoxy and polyurea coatings
Ensure quality control and timely completion of each job
Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
âś… Requirements:
Experience in epoxy, polyurea, or similar concrete coatings
Valid driver’s license
Experience driving a truck with a trailer
Strong leadership skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in variable weather conditions
