    Job Description

    ​Cobblestone Auto Spa is a leading Car Wash, Oil Change and Convenience Store operator with over 35 locations in Phoenix and over 18 locations in the Denver, CO area. We are rapidly expanding and are seeking an HR Specialist to join our team located at our Corporate Office in North Scottsdale.

    HR SPECIALIST

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The HR Specialist administers the activities relating to the company benefits, HRIS processing, and employee relations and is the company's subject matter expert in these areas
    • Facilitate the electronic onboarding experience for new hires entering the organization
    • Ensure I-9 and E-Verify compliance for new hires, renewals, and record keeping
    • Support and guide employees on a range of HR-related topics, processes and policies
    • Processes and validates pay changes, leaves of absence, benefit changes, etc.
    • Ensures confidentiality protocols are followed
    • Responds to requests for information from employees and/or the general public over the phone, in person, and via e-mail regarding a variety of Human Resources procedures.
    • Prepares and maintains a variety of correspondence, notices, files, records, and/or other related information
    • Schedules employees, applicants, and /or other applicable individuals for orientation sessions, training sessions, and/or other related activities
    • Send leave of absence information and FMLA documentation to employee, benefits staff, payroll and vendors
    • Maintain regular communication with the organization’s PEO
    • Respond to and occasionally attend hearings related to unemployment claims
    • Additional duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently present deliverables and analysis within team
    • Must be able to prioritize key tasks and have a strong sense of ownership over your work
    • Ability to maintain confidential information
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or relative work experience
