    We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You'll be responsible for responding to all client needs and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards and procedures, scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar, updating our CRM database, and more. Responsibilities: • Answer the telephone professionally and with care, following firm procedures - Route calls or take messages • Scheduling office appointments for attorneys • Onboarding new and prospective clients • Maintaining the company’s database • Preparing general correspondence and legal documents for attorney review • Preparing client portfolios • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent, some college experience preferred • Must have strong customer service and phone skills with the ability to demonstrate care and patience toward clients, staff, and visitors • Must have excellent typing and computer skills using Microsoft Office • Must be highly organized and be able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines • Good verbal and written communication skills (grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading skills) • A high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail • Have a professional and friendly attitude with the ability to work independently and be a team player • Have the willingness and aptitude to learn new software programs and systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
