**** Position Overview: As a Client Care Representative, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations with Cochise Animal Hospital. By adding value to an efficient organization dedicated to quality care and extraordinary service, you will perform a variety of clerical and customer service tasks in providing support to the hospital. We are looking for a friendly, team-oriented person, with excellent customer service skills to work a Thursday - Sunday 7am to 6pm schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Check patients in the hospital according to the schedule and prepare patient files
• Record and obtain medical records
• Keep lobby and reception areas organized and neat
• Obtain deposits and other payments from clients
• Process credit applications
• Utilize email systems

Qualifications and Skills:

• No veterinary experience required but m ust possess excellent interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma/GED
• Efficient verbal and written communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
• Able to perform moderately physically demanding work, that requires lifting (up to 50 pounds), cleaning, and constant motion
• Ability to work with or around sick animals, potentially hazardous materials, cleaning chemicals, gas anesthetics, zoonotic diseases, and unpleasant odors

Available Schedule: Full-time position, Thursday - Sunday 7am to 6pm

• We are open: Monday - Wednesday 7am-7pm
• Thursday - Friday 7am-6pm
• Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm
