We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Cocktail Server to provide excellent service in a fast-paced bar environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, knowledge of alcoholic beverages, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities: • Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, courteous service • Take drink orders accurately and deliver beverages in a timely manner • Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and specials • Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies • Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly • Keep tables, bar areas, and service stations clean and organized • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and report concerns to management • Work closely with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards Requirements: • Valid TABC Certification (required) • Valid Food Handler Certification (required) • Previous cocktail serving or bar experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting • Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Professional appearance and positive attitude
