ABOUT THE COMPANY: For 75 years, Coda Resources has been an innovative leader in manufacturing and distribution. Our primary focus is producing supplies for the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and automotive industries. Our main regional headquarters and warehousing distribution center has been re-located in 2020 to a brand-new facility in Glendale Heights IL.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for the management of daily ecommerce operations that relate to business analytics, ad spend, portal administration and maintenance. This role will oversee these responsibilities and tackle issues with eagerness, vigor, and a keen problem-solving mind. The ideal candidate is willing and able to learn the inner workings of the responsibilities and approach all operational processes with a desire to improve efficiency and accuracy as we continue to scale.

This role is a daily in-office role in Glendale Hts, IL.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Building and managing a team to execute the goals and responsibilities of the Ecommerce Operations Department

·        Managing the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce unit, including data analysis, portal administration, ad spend and business health

·        Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas such as revenue generation potential, profitability, and advertising budgets

·        Assisting with pricing strategy, profitability and advertising budget for new products or services

·        Evaluation of company sales portals’ performance to determine and action areas of opportunity and improvement
