    Job Description

    JOB OVERVIEW

    The Human Resources Coordinator is an integral member of the HR team supporting the Chester Distribution Center. This role will primarily support the second shift team, while supporting the HR Manager in facility-wide HR initiatives and functions. The HR Generalist will play a key role in the success of the recruitment process, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    · Work with line management to ensure labor performance standards and employee productivity measures are achieved.

    · Develop programs leveraging enterprise HR programs to support the employee journey from induction through end of employment.

    · Enable and coach line supervisors to better elevate the performance of their team

    · Coach, develop and advise management to better enable them to address employee concerns and performance issues.

    · Influence and collaborate with HR department in The Chester Distribution Center and Enterprise HR.

    · Responsible for proactive recruiting to ensure staffing needs are met,

    · Maintain job boards, community outreach and social media for sourcing talent

    · Implement and administer employee policies.

    · Facilitate Benefit open enrollment and compliance training platform.

    SKILLS REQUIRED:

    · Expertise in HR practices, policies and procedures

    · Strong knowledge of hiring processes

    · Leave administration experience desired

    · Experience handling investigations and employee relations concerns

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management

    · 2+ years’ experience in HR

    · Recruiting management software experience

    · PHR preferred
