    About Code Blue

Code Blue is a full-service, enterprise technology integration and managed services provider. Our client base includes some of the largest retail brands in the world. We are especially proud to be a recommended IT vendor for Planet Fitness. All Code Blue clients benefit from our extensive background in customer relations, project management and cost containment in the delivery of technology solutions that drive measurable business value—at scale.

Code Blue’s passion is delivering complex technology solutions that offer strategic business value. Code Blue’s core values are Integrity, Service, Transparency, and Accountability. We base every business relationship on honesty—with clients, suppliers and within our team.

    About the Role

Code Blue is looking for a Project Manager to own the successful planning, execution, and profitability of its client projects. From new store openings to IT and audio visual remediations, and technology upgrades, the Project Manager is the ultimate guarantor of Code Blue’s success and its client satisfaction with every project we deliver.

While Code Blue’s projects revolve around technology the Project Manager’s role is really all about people and process.

The Project Manager’s job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results for Code Blue and our clients. You will be the ultimate owner of everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. This includes developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project within the agreed upon timeline and budget.

The Project Manager ensures and documents alignment between client expectation and project execution. When issues arise on the Code Blue side of a project, the Project Manager rallies the team and gets the right resources in place to overcome the obstacles. When Client-driven dependencies slip, placing the project at risk, the Project Manager leverages their client relationship and well-documented documented project timeline to ensure proper ownership of any impacts outside of Code Blue’s direct control.

Ensure all project stakeholders understand and agree to the project timelines and dependencies as the owner of the project kick off process

Partner with account management to monitor project scope against margin and initiate change orders when appropriate

Manage client communications to ensure satisfaction while remaining open and collaborative on client-side risks to project success
